Who provides Noahkind

Noahkind is provided by Claudine Carr, a sole trader based in England, trading as Noahkind. When you use Noahkind or buy a plan, your agreement is with Claudine Carr. By continuing to use Noahkind, you agree to these terms. You can reach us at hello@noahkind.app about anything on this page, including your information.

What Noahkind is

Noahkind is a companion you can talk to. Replies are written by artificial intelligence in Noahkind's voice — there is no human reading your messages and replying.

Because replies are generated, Noahkind can be wrong, can misread you, and can say something that doesn't fit your situation. Treat what he says as a friend's opinion, not instructions to follow.

What Noahkind is not

Noahkind is not a doctor, therapist, counsellor, lawyer or crisis service, and using Noahkind is not treatment or professional advice. Nothing here diagnoses anything or replaces a real professional.

If you are in danger, being hurt, or thinking about hurting yourself, contact emergency services or a helpline on the real help page. Noahkind cannot call anyone for you, cannot alert anybody, and is not monitored.

Who can use it

Noahkind is for people 16 and over. Before chat opens, you're asked for the month and year you were born. Chat opens only after the end of your 16th birthday month; until then, a kind message points you to the help page. The birth date itself isn't saved — only whether you're old enough.

This is a declaration, not identity verification: someone can give a date that isn't theirs, and we say so plainly rather than claim more than we do. On Apple and Google devices we also use whatever age signal the platform provides to us, where it's available.

If you're under 18, we'd encourage you to tell a parent, carer or another trusted adult that you're using Noahkind.

Paying for Noahkind

Noahkind is made for people in the UK.

Ten messages a day are free, for everyone, up to 30 in each calendar month (UK time). The monthly plan costs £21 a month and includes 50 messages in each billing month. Its allowance resets on your renewal date. Unused messages do not carry over.

The subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the plans section of the about you page. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you're not happy with the subscription, tell us within 30 days of paying and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked — see the refund policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, which handles card details, tax, receipts and payment disputes. Card payments may appear on your bank statement as LINK.COM* followed by Noahkind . Your card details never reach us: we receive only a record that this device has a subscription and its current allowance, plus the records described in the privacy notice. No sign-up needed to chat; a subscription is tied to the device that paid for it.

Emergency messages are limited: a small number is never counted against the free or paid allowance, and the real help page is always open, whether you pay or not.

Acceptable use

You may use Noahkind only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use Noahkind:

  • for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
  • to harass, threaten, harm or exploit anyone, including minors;
  • to pretend to be someone else or mislead others;
  • to generate sexual content, or content encouraging self-harm or illegal activity;
  • to get around its safety limits, usage caps or age requirement;
  • to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • to interfere with the service — for example malware, probing, scraping or automated abuse;
  • to resell or commercially exploit any part of Noahkind.

Noahkind won't produce sexual content, or help with self-harm or illegal activity, and will steer those conversations towards real support instead. Breaking these rules can lead to your access being suspended or ended, as set out below.

Don't rely on Noahkind as your only record of anything. Everything is stored on your own device and can be lost if you clear your browser, lose the device, or forget your passcode.

Who owns Noahkind

Claudine Carr owns Noahkind and all of its intellectual property. That includes the app, its software, design, written content and documentation, and the Noahkind name, logo and branding. Using Noahkind gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of it.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access to Noahkind if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, including the misuse rules above. We may also do so if a payment isn't made, or if your use puts the security of Noahkind or other people at risk, including through fraud. Misuse includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, and interfering with security (for example malware, probing or scraping). Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

No guarantees, and our responsibility

Noahkind is offered as it is, without a promise that it will always be available, accurate or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take based on what Noahkind says. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.

Changes and stopping

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. You can stop at any time — deleting everything on the passcode screen or the "what Noahkind keeps" page removes all of it from your device.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
